Pele Greenberg

Hello.
I am a drummer and percussionist from the Bay Area, now based in Brooklyn, NY.

Here are some of the people I have worked with, on stage and in the studio:
Samora Pinderhughes, Pearla, Zack Villere, Bloomsday, Molly Parden, Katie Martucci, Olivia Reid, Lily Talmers, DBA James (Bay Faction), Camille Schmidt, Eliza Edens, Melt, The Clements Brothers, Carolyn Kendrick, Will Graefe, Koa Ho, Sofia Wolfson, Sam Skinner, Philip Weinrobe, Jack Deboe, Chris Morrissey, Nora Stanley, Dylan Mckinstry,
Nio Norwood, Sam Worley, Roy Nathanson.
I am lucky to call many of these people friends and count all them as sources of inspiration.

I have performed at places like:
Public Records, Close-Up, The Sultan Room, Union Pool, Baby’s Alright, Nublu, The Owl Music Parlor, Yoshi’s Jazz Club, The Fox Theater Oakland, The Freight and Salvage,
The Black Cat SF, Higher Ground Burlington, Bern Jazz Festival in Switzerland, FreshGrass Festival, Grey Fox Festival, Luck Reunion Festival, Nelsonville Music Festival and South by Southwest.
In addition to performing on my instrument, I also lend my developing skills as a producer, arranger, and writer to various recording projects. I’ve even played a couple chords here and there.

I also offer private lessons for drummers and other musicians looking to expand their rhythmic abilities.

When I am not making music, I can be found cooking large amounts of vegetables, taking photos, and spending an absurd amount of time on the train.
